What Who Is Brainy?
We built Brainy for ourselves. Not as a product, but as a proof. He’s what happens when you start with people first and build AI around the work inside a messy, real company.
The Bot Who Became One of Us
Too many smart people were stuck chasing, fixing, and redoing instead of building. Things that mattered were melting into the cracks.
Duct Tape & Glue
At first, we just called it “BB Router.” It could answer a few questions from our knowledge-base. Nothing fancy but it gave us back precious time.
Mostly Human
Then, we gave it the easy stuff like meeting summaries and drafting emails. We were still doing the work but every time we repeated a task, we asked, “Could The Bot be doing this?”
Training Wheels
Before we knew it he was posting updates, tracking priorities, and nudging follow-ups inside the same systems we used every day. We still hovered but for the first time, he wasn’t being tested. The Bot was generating ROI.
